第一解攝中，初開七句。言毘奈耶及別解脫者，汎說調伏身心滅惡生善之行名毘奈耶？正辨戒本名別解脫。

In the first explanation of subsumption, it first opens seven sentences. Regarding "vinaya and prātimokṣa": generally speaking, the conduct of subduing body and mind, eliminating evil, and giving rise to good is called vinaya; properly determining the text of the precepts is called prātimokṣa.
