六、恣舉者，夏末自恣舉罪也。七、治罰有罪如七羯磨等；八、攝受者，大眾先調惡人令其出眾，已經多時彼既調伏悔先所作，眾還羯磨聽其依眾名為攝受。

Sixth, invitation (pravāraṇā): this is pointing out offences at the invitation ceremony at the end of the summer retreat. Seventh, punishment of the guilty, such as the seven disciplinary karmans. Eighth, reception (saṃgraha): the saṃgha first tames a wicked person by expelling him from the assembly; after a long time has passed, once he is subdued and repents of his past deeds, the assembly again performs a karman permitting him to depend on the community; this is called reception.
