第十二解說中，言除十種事乃至當知此言非清淨說者，若如下言十種事壞戒見等得向餘異人說。然是清淨說除十事，外若有比丘於異人處說餘比丘壞戒見等非清淨說。

In the twelfth section, on exposition, where it says: 'except for ten matters [...] one should know that this speech is not pure speech': if it is as stated below regarding the ten matters of corrupting precepts, views, and so on, it is permissible to speak of them to another person, and this is indeed pure speech. Apart from these ten matters, if a monk speaks to another person of another monk's corruption of precepts, views, and so on, it is not pure speech.
