假合事者，謂大王喻、或良醫喻者，景云：如世尊說第六王為最，如說羅漢除煩惱病，如彼良醫能除諸毒。

Regarding 'composite matters': this refers to the metaphor of the great king or the metaphor of the skilled physician. Jing says: 'It is like the World-Honoured One saying that the sixth king is the supreme, or saying that the arhat removes the disease of afflictions just as that skilled physician is able to eliminate all poisons.'
