18.570

初中，云何神境者，問所轉變。云何神境智者，問能轉變。云何神境智作證者，問修證得神境智之因緣。謂從一種變作多種明所轉變乃至梵世身自在轉者，明所運轉，由神境智至是故說，此名為神境者釋神境名，此答初問。言若智乃至故說名神境智者，答第二問，簡生處得智等故名修果。

In the first part, 'What is the psychic realm (ṛddhiviṣaya)?' asks about what is transformed. 'What is psychic cognition?' asks about that which transforms. 'What is the realization of psychic cognition?' asks about the causes and conditions for cultivating and realizing psychic cognition. 'From one type transforming into many types' clarifies what is transformed, up to 'freely moving one's body up to the Brahmā world' clarifies how it is transported and operated. 'Through psychic cognition [...] therefore, it is said that this is called the psychic realm' explains the name 'psychic realm', which answers the first question. 'If cognition [...] therefore it is called psychic cognition' answers the second question, setting apart cognition obtained through birth and the like, and hence it is called the fruit of cultivation.
