Regarding "tetralemma": if the entities of those dharmas are mutually narrower and broader, they form a tetralemma. For instance, direct realization through reflection matched against realization through faith can form a tetralemma. Direct realization through reflection is exclusively in the desire realm, so it is narrower, but it generally takes all dharmas as its object, so its objective realm is broader; the entity of direct realization through faith extends across the nine stages and tainted and taintless states, so it is broader, but it exclusively takes the Three Jewels as its object, so its objective realm is narrower; hence they form a tetralemma. Speaking generally of faith, it actually takes all myriad phenomena as its object, but the specific textual presentation relies exclusively on faith directed toward the Three Jewels, and so forms a tetralemma. If there is neither narrower nor broader, one answers with a non-alternative statement: for example, "Is that which is the objective sphere of heat the objective sphere of the summit?" The answer: "It is so." "Is that which is the objective sphere of the summit the objective sphere of heat?" The answer: "It is so."
