解云：由障礙力，令法不生及不住等即是彼果，此即未來將生法，由障礙現前便不得生，非是已起現在之法自然滅故，無障礙依謂於生等事中，不障礙法通用一切有為無為諸法為體。

Explanation: 'That phenomena do not arise, do not abide, and so forth through the power of obstruction is precisely its fruit. This means that a phenomenon about to arise in the future cannot arise because of the presence of obstruction; it is not that a phenomenon that has already arisen in the present naturally ceases. The ground of support of non-obstruction: in matters such as arising, phenomena that do not obstruct generally take all conditioned and unconditioned phenomena as their substance.'
