覺天說：世由待不同，法行世時後，前相待世名有異，如一女人名母名女。

Buddhadeva says: The times differ according to relativity (apekṣā). When a dharma passes through the times, depending on whether it is preceded or succeeded, the designation of the times differs in mutual relation, just as the same woman is called mother [relative to her child] and called daughter [relative to her mother].
