2.23
又十地論云：何故淨覺人念智功德，具於諸上妙地有力不解釋。長行釋云：淨覺即是起言說因也。
Furthermore, the Daśabhūmivyākhyāna says: Why does a person of pure investigation, mindful of the virtues of wisdom, possessed of power in all superior and sublime stages, not explain? The prose commentary explains: Pure investigation is indeed the cause for giving rise to speech.
