言餘如前說者，上來分別離尋伺欲，故說名無尋無伺地，不由不行有尋有伺地心名無尋伺，即知未離尋伺欲，故名有尋有伺地，不由不行無尋無伺等心，故說名有尋有伺地。

The words 'the rest is as previously explained' mean: Above, it distinguished that by reason of freedom from the desire for investigation and reflection it is said to be named the stage without investigation and without reflection, not that by not running with a mind of the stage with investigation and with reflection it is named without investigation and reflection; thus one knows that because one is not yet free from the desire for investigation and reflection it is named the stage with investigation and with reflection, not that by not running with a mind without investigation and without reflection, and so forth, it is said to be named the stage with investigation and with reflection.
