計常論中，初序外執，二、此中下正破。前中復二：初、略序執，二、明起執因緣。

Under the theories of eternalism (śāśvatavāda): first, recounting the non-Buddhist assertions; second, from 'herein' below, the direct refutation. Within the former there are again two parts: first, a brief recounting of the assertions; second, explaining the causes and conditions for giving rise to these assertions.
