餘三下劣，以見世間婆羅門性具戒故者，見內出家真淨梵行諸律師等真婆羅門，彼貪名利及恭敬，方便自顯故作是計。

Regarding 'The other three are inferior, because seeing worldly brāhmaṇa natures possessing the precepts...': seeing those within the Buddhist monastic order who have truly pure celibate conduct, Vinaya masters and the like as true brāhmaṇas, they, coveting fame, gain, and respect, devised means to elevate themselves and thus formulated this theory.
