如是所說諸句，顯示加行殺害者，最極暴惡下七句，由起惡心加行勵力猛勇行殺故名如是加行殺害，非是加行業道也。
"The phrases spoken in this way reveal preparatory killing": the seven phrases below "most intensely cruel," because they exert effort and perform killing forcefully with an evil mind, are termed preparatory killing in this way; they are not preparatory courses of karma.
