"Whether stored up or movable": things such as money and grain are called stored up; oxen, sheep, and so forth are called movable; "whether grown in quiet places" refers to crops and shoots, and so on. "Whether collected": collected and movable are as before. "If the owner of that thing had not previously given it as in the rule of paying a debt": the owner of the wealth not having previously formed the intention to pay a debt is called not given.
