2.421

一、於諸父母等所守護；二、有治罰；三、有障礙，此明處女三種守護；四、他妻妾；五、他所攝而未適他三護同前；六、若由凶作；七、若由強力；八、若由隱伏；九、而行欲行，此四句則顯侵他護；十、則於此事非理欲心與行欲行，此則於自妻妾而為罪失。

First, protected by parents and so on; second, subject to punishment; third, subject to obstruction—these clarify the three kinds of protection of an unmarried woman; fourth, another's wife or concubine; fifth, claimed by another but not yet married to another—the three protections are the same as before; sixth, if by violent action; seventh, if by force; eighth, if by stealth; ninth, and engaging in sexual conduct—these four phrases show infringing upon another's protection; tenth, then in this matter having an improper lustful thought and engaging in sexual conduct—this refers to offenses committed with one's own wife or concubine.
