'Having reached the supreme tranquility of individual afflictions, they are called Well-Arrived' refers to nirvāṇa. 'Well-Faring' refers to the truth of the path; in the causal stage of a trainee, it is called 'this world', and at the fruit of the non-trainee, it is called 'that world'. 'Achieved by one's own human power, hence called spontaneous' means that the arhat attains this fruit of the non-trainee through his own human exertion, and hence it is called spontaneous. 'Supernormal wisdom' refers to the sixth, which is the supernormal knowledge of the destruction of outflows. Above, the reality of the arhat's Dharma is denied; below, the paths of seeing, cultivation, and non-training are further shown to be denied.
