非撥流轉依處緣者，前代剎帝利等四姓與此世剎帝利等流轉為緣，此世復與後代流轉為緣，謗無此世他世他世四姓等為流轉依處緣，故言無此世。撥父母中，母是所託緣，父是種子緣。

Regarding 'denying the supporting conditions of saṃsāric transmigration': the four castes such as Kṣatriya of former generations serve as conditions for the transmigration of the Kṣatriyas and others of this world; this world again serves as a condition for the transmigration of future generations; denying that this world and the other world, or the four castes of the other world, serve as supporting conditions for transmigration, it is said 'there is no this world.' In denying father and mother, the mother is the condition of being entrusted, and the father is the condition of the seed.
