2.68

有燒惱中，如疥癩病者，如患疥時悶極生樂，似樂實苦，妄生樂想，世樂亦然，癩為蟲鑽妄生樂覺，富貴亦爾。

In having burning torment, regarding 'like having scabies or leprosy': just as when afflicted with scabies, extreme anguish gives rise to pleasure, which seems like pleasure but is actually suffering, falsely producing the notion of pleasure, worldly pleasures are also like this; when a leper is bored into by worms, they falsely produce the perception of pleasure; wealth and high status are also like this.
