有燒惱中，「如疥癩病」者，如患疥時得生樂，似樂實苦，妄生樂想，世樂亦然；癩為蟲鑽，妄生樂覺，富貴亦爾。

Regarding 'like scabies and leprosy' under having burning torment: just as when suffering from scabies one feels pleasure [from scratching], which resembles pleasure but is actually suffering, and one falsely conceives the notion of pleasure, worldly pleasures are also like this; when lepers are bored into by worms, they falsely perceive pleasure, and wealth and nobility are also like this.
