備云：畢竟轉名實受用身，究竟圓滿遍滿法界，眼等諸根一一即遍法界，光明亦遍，是故且據光明說。何故說名利他者，是由此身等得成義。

Bei says: Ultimate manifestation is called the real enjoyment body; it is ultimately perfect and completely pervades the dharmadhātu. Each of its faculties, such as the eyes, pervades the dharmadhātu, and its radiance also pervades; therefore, it is spoken of tentatively in terms of radiance. Why is it said to benefit others? Because through this body, their welfare and aims can be accomplished.
