自下第九決擇施等六品有釋下，明施戒二障，猶是決擇力種姓品。從復次先已廣說施等已下，乃是決擇施等六品。

Below, the ninth [section] determines the six chapters on giving and the rest. Some explain below: 'Explaining the two obstacles of giving and morality is still determining the chapter on power and gotra. From "Furthermore, having previously explained giving and the rest at length" downwards, it is determining the six chapters on giving and the rest.'
