言或由善根後謂於前生或現法受等者，善根是總，下別分別，或由前生善根感財行施，或現起善根感財行施名現法受。

As for the statement "or later due to roots of good, meaning received in a past life or in the present life, and so forth": roots of good is general, and below it differentiates individually: either bringing about wealth and practicing giving due to roots of good from a past life, or giving rise to roots of good in the present life to bring about wealth and practice giving, which is called 'received in the present life.'
