或發神通者，由現神力雨寶行施。或由法受所致財物，而用慧施者，或前生行施今感財行施亦名為法受。

As for "or displaying supernormal powers," it means practicing giving by raining down jewels through the manifestation of supernormal power. As for "or using wise giving with wealth acquired through the Dharma": practicing giving in a past life and now bringing about wealth to practice giving is also called 'received through Dharma.'
