20.15

第五解所行門，泰述戒賢言：此中意辨，有法是緣，緣體性能生故，名智所行，遍計執性既是無法，四緣不攝故，非智所行，以無相故，前約智體是無法故，云一切應知。

In the fifth gate explaining domain, Tai recounts the words of Śīlabhadra: The intent here differentiates that an existent dharma is a condition, and because the substantial nature of a condition is capable of producing, it is called the domain of cognition. Since the parikalpita nature is a non-existent dharma and is not subsumed under the four conditions, it is not the domain of cognition, because it is devoid of marks. The previous text was based on the substance of cognition being a non-existent dharma, and thus said 'all should be known'.
