20.462

第十九作業門，謂能解脫相縛及麁重縛。麁重縛者，是諸煩惱見分種子，相縛即是煩惱相分種子。又現起相見，亦是二縛。

The nineteenth section, on function: that is, being able to liberate from the bond of marks and the bond of heavy dullness (dauṣṭhulya). The bond of heavy dullness refers to the seeds of the dharśana-bhāga (cognitive aspect) of the defilements; the bond of marks is the seeds of the nimitta-bhāga (objective aspect) of the defilements. Furthermore, actively arisen objective and cognitive aspects are also the two bonds.
