二約果反釋，若出世道不以轉依為所依者，佛果既不得此轉依，此佛果道應當不初生不後轉，以無所依故。

Second, the reverse explanation in terms of the fruit: If the supramundane path did not take āśrayaparavṛtti as its basis, then since the Buddha-fruit would not attain this āśrayaparavṛtti, this path of the Buddha-fruit ought not to arise initially nor continue afterward, because it would lack a basis.
