次言凡夫異生乃至邪加行轉者，異生五蘊帶於煩惱不調柔，名麁重身。於麁重身執著人法自性差別，由彼宿習隨眠種子及妄見為緣故計我我所能見聞等。

Next, the statement "ordinary beings […] operate with perverse effort": the five aggregates of ordinary beings carry afflictions and are not supple, hence called the body of coarse heaviness (dauṣṭhulya). With respect to this body of coarse heaviness, they grasp at the intrinsic natures and distinctions of persons and dharmas; taking those latent predispositions (anuśaya) of habituation and false views as conditions, they impute a self, what belongs to a self, an agent of seeing, hearing, and so forth.
