若有如實已下者，次明若知妄計，即能永斷麁重之身。獲得一切煩惱不住等者，涅槃名為煩惱不住。
From "If there is one who in accordance with reality" onwards: next it explains that if one knows the false imputation, one can eternally sever the body of coarse heaviness. "Obtaining non-abiding in all afflictions," etc.: nirvāṇa is called non-abiding in afflictions.
