Regarding the words 'all births and all classes of birth', there are two interpretations. One says: 'All births' refers to the four modes of birth. 'Classes of birth' refers to the retribution of transformation. The second says: 'All births' refers to the four modes of birth. 'Classes of birth' refers to the different kinds within each of the four modes of birth. Regarding the phrase 'only accomplished, because of personal internal realization', a master explains: Since it says that one who accomplishes internally realizes it oneself, we know that although not belonging to the six destinies, there is indeed such a person. However, the subsequent text says that one cannot designate 'this is a Tathāgata, a śrāvaka, etc.'; this reveals the meaning of non-differentiation, not the absence of the person. But now, disciples of the Tripiṭaka Master explain it by saying: in contrast to the path of cultivation, it is called 'accomplished'; the accomplisher internally realizes the true realm of phenomena, and there is no other realizer.
