21.80

次解調伏。若於是處至名調伏者，若說別解脫戒前後方便隨順根本，名相應法。又說發戒心，名別解脫相應之法，如是言教，皆名調伏。

Next, discipline (Vinaya) is explained. In the passage from 'If in a place...' up to 'it is called discipline': if one expounds the preliminary and subsequent means conforming to the fundamental prātimokṣa precepts, it is called conforming Dharma. Moreover, expounding the intention to take the precepts is called Dharma conforming to the prātimokṣa. Teachings such as these are all called discipline.
