21.81

言七相者，景云：一者、說受遮戒；二者、說受性戒；三者、說犯戒緣；四者、說犯性罪也；五者、說持戒事；六者、說犯已能出離事；七者、說對有識人捨律儀事。

Regarding the seven characteristics, Jing says: 1. expounding the receiving of prohibitive precepts; 2. expounding the receiving of natural moral precepts; 3. expounding the conditions for violating precepts; 4. expounding the violation of natural offenses; 5. expounding the matter of upholding precepts; 6. expounding the matter of being able to be rehabilitated after having committed a violation; 7. expounding the matter of renouncing the restraint before a cognizant person.
