21.82

今解：一者、說受戒儀式；二、說根本重罪；三者、說犯戒緣；四者、說凡夫有犯自性；五者、說聖者無犯自性；六者、說悔過事；七者、說捨戒也。

Now it is explained: 1. expounding the ritual of receiving precepts; 2. expounding the fundamental grave offenses; 3. expounding the conditions for violating precepts; 4. expounding that ordinary persons have the nature of violating precepts; 5. expounding that noble ones have the nature of not violating precepts; 6. expounding the matter of repentance; 7. expounding the renunciation of precepts.
