21.95

一、觀待道理，謂若因若緣能生諸行等者，諸行若欲生觀待因緣，及欲說亦待說因。

1. Reasoning of contingency: in the passage 'Causes or conditions that can give rise to conditioned phenomena and so forth,' if conditioned phenomena wish to arise, they are contingent upon causes and conditions; and if one wishes to speak, that also depends on causes for speaking.
