22.16

又應如是安立自身至十種圓滿者，此是第二辨其師德，謂前卷云師者謂成就十法等乃至廣說。

As for "furthermore, one should establish oneself in this manner... up to the ten kinds of fulfillment": this is the second, distinguishing the virtues of the teacher, namely what the previous fascicle states: "a teacher means accomplished in ten dharmas," and so forth, up to extensive explanation.
