22.22

自下第二舉學勝利廣解釋之，經中有四句，一、汝等比丘應當安住修學勝利，此是戒學，二、慧為上首，三、解脫堅固，四、念為增上，如此四句。文中具歷解釋二門次第解釋。初依體門；次依釋門。

Below, second, setting forth the benefit of training and explaining it in detail: in the sūtra there are four phrases: first, 'You monks should abide in the benefit of training'—this is the training in moral discipline; second, 'Wisdom is foremost'; third, 'Liberation is steadfast'; fourth, 'Mindfulness is predominant'. Such are the four phrases. In the text, each of the two gateways of explanation is treated systematically and explained in sequence: first, according to the gateway of essence; second, according to the gateway of exposition.
