第二解內、外荷擔有異，內法能荷、所荷皆以五受蘊性義分能所。內有德等者，即所荷擔等是也，亦可恒常荷擔等三句名三德也。

Second, in explaining that internal and external bearing of burdens are different: within the Dharma, both the bearer and the burden are divided into subject and object by the nature of the five clinging-aggregates. Regarding 'internally possessing virtue, etc.', this refers precisely to that which is borne, and so on; it is also acceptable that the three phrases such as 'constantly bearing the burden' are called the three virtues.
