第三解內外縛有異，言外縛易了縛縛因緣，脫脫方便者，景師云：外縛因緣非唯一種故，重云縛縛。得脫亦非一像，重言脫脫。更有一釋：外縛易可了知縛及縛之因緣，脫及脫之因緣，內縛一切難知也。

Third, in explaining that internal and external bondages are different, regarding the phrase 'external bondage is easily understood, the bondage and the causes and conditions of bondage, the liberation and the means of liberation': Master Jing says: 'Because the causes and conditions of external bondage are not of only one kind, it repeats "bondage, bondage". Attaining liberation is also not of a single form, so it repeats "liberation, liberation". There is another explanation: for external bondage, it is easy to know the bondage and the causes and conditions of bondage, the liberation and the causes and conditions of liberation; whereas all internal bondages are difficult to know.'
