生斷故者至然未解脫後位作業，及受異熟者，離欲凡夫厭現造業，命終生上，則無次生欲界之身，於中造業，然是凡夫，後還退生，因先厭業，受欲後報，後報身中還作業，故云然未解脫後位作業及受異熟。

From "due to being severed in rebirth" down to "yet has not been liberated from creating karma and experiencing ripening in later stages": an ordinary being who is free from desire feels disgust for currently created karma, and when they die, they are born above; then they do not have a subsequent rebirth body in the desire realm wherein to create karma. However, they are an ordinary being, and later they fall and are reborn again; because of the karma previously disgusted with, they experience subsequent retribution in the desire realm, and within the body of subsequent retribution they again create karma. Hence it says, "yet has not been liberated from creating karma and experiencing ripening in later stages."
