自下第四解多住等有一頌半列十四門：初是一住，二、遠涅槃，三、略說，四、內所證，五、辨一切，六、知相，七、捨所學，八、業，九、等，十、空，十一、隨行，十二、恒住，其最後句師弟圓滿中，有二復次，次開為二門，如前十二為十四門。

Below, the fourth part, explaining 'dwelling in many', and so forth, consists of one and a half verses listing fourteen approaches: first, single dwelling; second, distant from nirvāṇa; third, brief explanation; fourth, internally realized; fifth, discerning all; sixth, knowing characteristics; seventh, abandoning what was studied; eighth, karma; ninth, 'and so on'; tenth, emptiness; eleventh, following along; twelfth, constant dwelling; and in its final line, 'the master and disciple being consummate', there are two further sub-clauses, which are then unfolded into two approaches; together with the preceding twelve, these make fourteen approaches.
