前中，略有二種，一、唯語言而自讚毀他；二、說法正行，雖無讚毀，而是真實自讚毀他。
Within the former, there are briefly two kinds: 1. praising oneself and disparaging others merely through speech; 2. expounding the Dharma with correct conduct, where although there is no praising or disparaging, it genuinely amounts to praising oneself and disparaging others.
