第十解苦惱門，是等字所取之後復次也，言謂如有一乃至名第三人者，此文明學人猶造資糧業，但造滿業。

Tenth, explaining the topic of distress: this is the latter further alternative encompassed by the word "etc." As for "meaning that if there is one [...] up to [...] called the third person": this text clarifies that learners still create provisions-karma, but only create completion-karma.
