第三解欲，景師云：修習入出息有二，有上無上，從有上修欲求無上若為欲也。
Third is to explain desire. Master Jing says: 'Cultivating inhalation and exhalation has two kinds: with superior and without superior. Moving from the practice with superior, desiring to seek the unsurpassable—this constitutes desire.'
