第二解清淨戒圓滿，初離性罪，若淨戒滿密護根門，名善法滿。遠離遮罪，名別解脫滿。

Second is to explain the fulfillment of pure precepts. First, being free from intrinsically unwholesome offenses; if pure precepts are fulfilled and one closely guards the sense faculties, it is called the fulfillment of wholesome dharmas. Being far removed from proscribed offenses is called the fulfillment of the Prātimokṣa.
