言或於其人、或人形狀等者，依女五分律，若人、若似人，似人者，入胎四十九日，過是已後，盡名為人，彼取似人，即是此中人形狀也。

Regarding "either toward that human being, or toward a human form, and so forth": according to the Mahīśāsaka Vinaya, whether a human or a human-like being—a "human-like being" is forty-nine days after entering the womb; beyond that, all are named "human." Its adopting of "human-like being" is precisely "human form" here.
