24.268

言此所應作，略有五種等者，一、於村邑，二、於道場，三、於善品，四、又於城邑所應作事，五、或為未信令信已信令增長入於聚落，與此相違等，翻顯不應作事可知。於三門中，總是第一解有犯訖。

Regarding "there are briefly five kinds of what should be done here, and so forth": first, in villages; second, in places of practice; third, regarding wholesome factors; fourth, matters that should be done in cities and towns; fifth, entering a village to cause those without faith to have faith and those with faith to increase it. What is contrary to this, and so forth, reveals by contrast what should not be done, which can be understood. Among the three gates, this completely concludes the first explanation of having offenses.
