如來法教，數無限量乃至應正覺了者，攝事分中分有三，初結前生後，次正決擇，後結勸應了，此即第三結勸也，或言總結一部也。

From "The Tathāgata's Dharma-teachings are measureless in number..." up to "...should be correctly awakened to and understood": within the Vastusaṃgrahaṇī there are three parts: first, concluding the preceding and introducing what follows; second, the main determination; third, concluding with an exhortation that it should be understood. This is the third, the concluding exhortation; or it is said to be the general conclusion to the entire work.
