如是略引已下，近結本母事序辯攝，勸請諸學者準此覺餘。言遍行一切摩咀理迦，如攝釋分，應知其相者，通辨經律摩咀理迦指如攝釋分。

From "Having thus briefly cited..." downwards, it immediately concludes the preface, analysis, and synthesis of the mātṛkā matters, exhorting all students to understand the rest by analogy with this. The statement, "Pervading all mātṛkās, as in the Vyākhyānasaṃgrahaṇī, their characteristics should be known," generally analyzes the mātṛkā of the sūtras and vinaya, pointing to it as being like that in the Vyākhyānasaṃgrahaṇī.
