下次第解，如修業地，即是解脫分善，已作辦地，即在無學，名所作已辦地。

They are explained in sequence below. For example, the stage of cultivating the practice is precisely the wholesome [roots] leading to liberation; the stage of having completed the task is in the [stage] of the non-learner, termed the stage where what was to be done has been done.
