Twelfth, explaining 'difficult to obtain': The term 'comprehended' refers to wisdom arisen from hearing. 'Excellently comprehended' refers to wisdom arisen from reflection. 'Decisively comprehended' refers to wisdom arisen from cultivation. The 'ten kinds of correct dharmas' refer to the eight noble paths and the wholesome dharmas associated with correct knowledge of liberation. Regarding the paths of the ten actions, where it says 'two, three, and so forth': 'two' refers to the two: committing and non-committing; the three types of action constitute 'three'. Another explanation: there are two kinds of threefold action: first, the three actions of body and so forth; second, the three actions of merit and so forth.
