24.66

長行中，初解總義，景師云：此中現起十八界及十八界種子，皆名住自性也。達師云：住自性界者，一向約無記現行及隨眠十八界。皆增長界者，是善惡性者也。

In the prose, first, explaining the general meaning: Master Jing says: Herein, the currently active eighteen realms and the seeds of the eighteen realms are all called 'abiding in their own intrinsic nature'. Master Da says: 'The realm of abiding in its own intrinsic nature' refers exclusively to the eighteen realms in their indeterminate active manifestations and latent tendencies. 'The realm that increases all' refers to those of wholesome and unwholesome natures.
